1.)
DEPARTING TO LGA:
All departures are scheduled on the hour.
Departures scheduled denote the time the driver shall arrive at the first
pickup location on the hour sharp and proceed to the following stops. Please be
ready at the scheduled hour. For the benefit of all passengers, any departing
passenger delaying vehicle substantially is subject to being left without
refund. Vehicle shall arrive at LGA approximately 15 minutes past the following
hour; approximately 30 minutes past following hour during rush hour from 7AM-9AM
or 4PM-6PM. These estimates are
conservative to ensure customers make there flights. Golden Carriage Limousine,
Inc. is not responsible for delays due to excess traffic for any reason or
weather related delays. Please plan accordingly. There is a 2 suitcase limit per
passenger.
2.)
ARRIVING AT LGA and
JFK: All passengers will be scheduled on the hour at LGA or half hour at JFK
following their arrival including time waiting for baggage. Passenger will be picked up outside at
passenger pickup area. Passengers are asked to call 914-925-1000 when walking
out. Driver will make scheduled
pickups, then proceed to appointed destinations. Any passenger due to flight or baggage
claim delay beyond 15 minutes will be automatically rescheduled to the following
hour. Delayed flights will automatically be rescheduled to the hour following
flight arrival. Though Golden
Carriage Limousine, Inc. shall check your flight please call 914-925-1000 if
substantially delayed. Delays past 10PM shuttle shall require an additional $20
fee per reservation. Service due to flight delays or baggage claim delays past
10PM will be honored with an additional fee of $20 per reservation. Service due
to flight changes or cancellations will not be honored past 10PM. Any flights scheduled in past 10PM must
order a private car.

Reservations are
required 24 hours or more in advance. Reservations are accepted 8:30AM to 8:00
PM either by phone or online for account holders. Credit card is required at the time of
reservations. No cancellations are accepted within 4 hours. Changes 24 hours in advance are accepted
anytime within operating hours.
Customer requested flight changes within 24 hours of service are subject
to availability. Customers are welcome to use there fee toward the cost of a
private car and only pay the difference if there is no shared ride available at
the hour requested.
4.)
Fees are $39 or $45
for first person and $25 per additional person for the same address and
reservation. An additional fee of 15% toward fuel is added to every reservation
and this is subject to change up or down as fuel changes. Gratuity is not
included, however a gratuity of your choosing may be added to your bill if you
request only at the time of reservation. Otherwise simply tip the driver upon
satisfactory completion of your service.
1.)
No Shared Service:
New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, December 24
after 6pm, December 25, December 31 after 6pm. Private cars are offered on all
these days except December 25.
