Additional Services and Costs for Luxury Car Service

 

·        All rates are effective from 6:00 am to 12 midnight.

·        Service before 6:00am add $10.

·        Service after midnight add $10.

·        Service between 1am and 5am add  $15.

·        TOLLS,  PARKING, 15% FUEL  AND 20% GRATUITY ADDED TO FARES

 

·        Service on the below holiday and seasonal days are additional:

 

·        $10 additional:

·        New Year's Day

·        Easter Sunday

·        Mothers Day

·        Fathers Day

·        Memorial Day

·        Independence Day

·        Labor Day

·        $25 additional:

·        Christmas Eve after 8pm.

·        Thanksgiving Day

·        $50 additional:

·        Christmas Day

·        New Year's Eve after 8pm.

·        Stretch Limousine Holiday charges higher.

 

·        Sedan rates include 30 minute waiting time at airports for delayed flights and baggage claim

·        Services.  Additional time will be charged at the rate of $12.50 for each 15 minute interval

·        Thereafter.  Golden Carriage Limousine will not abandon a passenger unless instructed.

·        Upon dismissal customers will be charged in full, plus wait time until dismissed if applicable.

·        Flights are checked 1 hour prior to scheduled arrival, and all charges are based on

·        Information reported by the airline until the car is dispatched. Rates include 10 minutes

·        Waiting for all other occurrences at point of origin.

 

·        Golden Carriage Limousine, Inc. proudly offers the following hourly service.  Tolls and 20% gratuity

·        additional. Hourly minimums depending on date and event.

·        Luxury Sedan              $50 per hour.

·        6 passenger limousine $80 per hour.

·        8 passenger limousine $90 per hour.

·        10 passenger limousine         $100 per hour.

·        Other sizes available to 24 passenger. Please ask for prices.

·        Prices and minimum hours vary higher and lower based on date, time, and type of event.

 

·        Service not covered by this rate sheet is calculated at $1.25 per mile round trip plus distance

·        To and from our office.  Tolls additional.   Stretch Limousine higher.

 

·        Stops on the way $10 additional $20 Stretch Limousine

·        Fuel Surcharge currently 15% of base fare

·        All other stops priced accordingly

·        Cellular phones $1.50 per minute

·        20% gratuity added to all fares and charges

·        Prices subject to change without notice

·        24 HOUR NOTICE SUGGESTED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS

·        Cancellations for Car Service require 2 hours notice Stretch Limos may not be canceled once booked without fee.  Fees vary depending on date and lateness of cancellation

·        Child seats available on request

·        Additional notice suggested for Stretch Limousines and during peak seasons.

 

·        All arrivals are met in baggage claim or outside customs unless otherwise specified.

·        If you do not see your driver at scheduled meeting place please call (914) 925-1000

·        Or 1-888-424-3654 at once so we can connect you with your driver.  Customers

·        Leaving without calling to check status of driver may be subject to full fare. Changes

·        In flight information require 2 hours notice, and are subject to availability.  All

·        Reservations arriving into an airport require an accurate flight number and scheduled

·        Arrival time.   Customers are subject to full fare for any car dispatched based on

·        Inaccurate information, even if passenger is not picked up.
